Five Stars

My family knows I am always in search of the best roll recipe. In case I can't make rolls from scratch, I found these:
These rolls are as good as homemade. I PROMISE. They are in the grocery store freezer section. $2.79 for 10. And Sam's has them in bulk. Ready in minutes and I swear they can compete against the best Parker House roll you've ever had. Don't believe me? Believe my kids and their friend Ellie who said, "These are better than doughnuts!" Perfect for Dinner of course and General Conference weekend.

This is so funny because we live off of these at my house. I couldn't find them when I was out West though. I don't know if they only sale them in the South, but my Mom loved them so much that she asked her WalMart if they could carry them. But you're right, as good as homemade.

I second--or third this. Plus, they come in wheat too! I can also handle the orange rolls. Those are not as good as homemade, but they are so much work when I'm the only one who LOVES them. I'll still do them for Thanksgiving--but other than that--these will do.

Okay, I just went to the grocery store and I looked everywhere for these. Sadly, I don't think they have them in the west. If I'm mistaken...please correct me...and let me know where to go to get them:)

I'm totally going to look for these at my grocery store. We'll see if they are in the Midwest. The fact that the brand is named "Sister Schubert", makes it even more conference like. It looks you don't have to let them rise for a couple hours like Rhodes. Is this true?

Guess I need to stop slaving away at making rolls and head to the store! Write more when I've actually tried them.

So, Lacey I looked at my Walmart to find the famous Sister Schubert's Dinner Rolls. We have them--here in Idaho and they were a BIG hit. The boys wanted to know if they could eat the last 2. I said no, because they were saved for Ernie. They could only be better if they were twice the size and half the calories--could we request that to happen?
