It's a good give-away-er
Ryan grew up knowing a Packard family. I grew up knowing a different Packard family. Ryan served a mission in Mexico and shared a house for a year with the kid from the Packard family I knew (David). Ryan and I met, got married, and then got this awesome cookbook and picnic blanket from the Ann Packard Ryan knew. I met her, loved her, and then found out, yes, she was related to the Packard family I knew. Small world. Seriously awesome Packard's all around. Her cookbook is still one of my favorites, the denim blanket still gets compliments, and now Ann Packard has a give-away. Sign up for a great surprise gift.

Where did Ryan serve in Mexico?
Mexico City... the mission boundries have now changed. Ryan's cousin served in Mexico City as well about 8 years later and re-activated a family that Ryan had baptized. When his cousin served the mission lines were already changed due to growth.
I hear those Packards are pretty crazy...it is a small world!
Lacey, I hope you don't mind, Melissa shared her blog with me and I found yours! How are you?! Your family is so beautiful! I love my Aunt Ann's cooking, that book ought to be great!
Sarah (Packard) Earl
I am great, David is living in Utah with his wife Katie and they are both teaching. Email me, suziscute@aol.com and I will send you his email and everything if you like:) Tell your Mom I said hi too!
Oh yeah, I am a stay at home Mom too!
Did the Packards live in Bakersfield/Fifth Ward at one time?
I remembered the name and checked my old 5th Ward Cook Book... Could it be the same person?
There are many Packards. My Grandpa had sixteen brothers and sisters. Plus there are the Packard's associated with Hewlett.
